Moravian wines with the image of a green lizard on the label indicate the purity and ecological compatibility of the vineyards, from the vines of which this wine was created. The pure and fresh taste of Pinot Blanc has a pleasant floral aroma, a light fruit plume, the aromas of apples and almonds. Pino blanc is a real canvas for the winemaker‘s creativity, try it and feel the specificity of Moravian winemaking.

Pálava is an authentic grape variety in the Czech Republic. A rich golden color, mild aroma of oriental spices, pineapple taste, flowers and exotic fruits. Sparkling

White, dry, sparkling. Winery: Vinícola de Sarral, Conca de Barberá, Spain. Residual sugar: <1 g/l. Total acidity: 5,9 g/l. Alcohol content: 11’5% vol. Grape variety: 75% Macabeu, 25 % Parellada. This cava is elaborated with wine of exceptional vintages. The selection of the most appropriate wines undergoes a second fermentation into the bottle following an ageing for around 30 months. This cava offers us a ne and abundant bubble. Very ne aroma that remains us the varieties and entwines with an ageing bouquet. Complete sparkling wine with a fresh, pleasant and clean structure. Occasion: meeting with friends.

White, dry, sparkling. Winery: Vinícola de Sarral, Conca de Barberá, Spain. Residual sugar: 8 g/l. Total acidity: 6 g/l. Alcohol content: 11,5% vol. Grape variety: 100 % Trepat. At 400 meters above sea level, this crater seems to be the nursery the Trepat grape needs in order to thrive. Although the Trepat grape has a dark skin, the sugar concentration is more similar to a white grape, and even during cold and dry years, they are still able to produce. The sugar content in this late ripening grape is ideal for Cava, with good acidity and low tannin. Occasion: romantic date.

White, sparkling, semi-dry. Winery: Vinícola de Sarral, Conca de Barberá, Spain. Residual sugar: 33 g/l. Total acidity: 5,7 g/l. Alcohol content: 11’5% vol. Grape variety: 70% Macabeu, 30% Parellada. Ageing: 10 months. It presents a pale yellow color and fine bubble, persistent constant end. It has a nose that emphasizes by its freshness accompanied by floral notes and by noticeable primary aromas. In smooth mouth is sweet and the fruty elements are arisen, the slight sweet point that have been able to find for easier consumption. Occasion: hen-parties, family celebration.

Limited edition. White, sparkling, dry. Winery: Vinícola de Sarral, Conca de Barberá, Spain. Residual sugar: <1 g/l. Total acidity: 5,9 g/l. Alcohol content: 11’5% vol. Grape variety: 85 % Macabeu, 15 % Parellada. Ageing Brut: 36-48 months. The vintage will decide the particularities of our most exclusive cava. It presents yellow colour with green reflections, and a very fine bubble with a slow evolution. Its aroma has a complex fineness with bakery notesmixed with toast shades, nuts and a ripe fruit finish. Creamy and broad on the palate. Occasion: business meeting.

White, sparkling, dry. Winery: Geisweiler, Alsace, France. Variety: Chardonnay, Aligote. Residual sugar: 6,8 g/l. Total acidity: 4,8 g/l. Alcohol content: 11,5% . Delicate bouquet of grapefruit and fresh flowers on the nose. The elegant and fresh palate shows exotic fruit characteristics, notably grapefruit and finishes with crisp acidity. Brilliant golden colour with intensive but smooth bubbles. Sincere sparkling wine with aromas of fleshy fruits. Pinot Auxerrois brings some notes of volume and elegancy. The mouth is nicely fresh and fruity with a good structure and a beautiful lengthy finish. Occasion: apéritifs and desserts.

Champagne. Winery: J.M. Tissier Champagne, France. Variety: 60% Chardonnay, 30% Pinot Meunier,10% Pinot Noir. Residual sugar: 7 g/l. Total acidity: 5 g/l. Alcohol content: 12 %. Bright color with golden glitters and very fine bubbles. Discreet nose from the start then it opens up intensive aroma of ripe fruits and honey. Rounded and powerful mouth with a beautiful harmony between fruits and buttery notes in the end. Occasion: birthday, friend‘s party.

Champagne. Winery: Larnaudie - Hirault, France. Variety: 50 % Pinot Noir, 50% Chardonnay. Residual sugar: 6 g/l. Total acidity: 4,8 g/l. Alcohol content: 12 %. Pale lemon colour with golden brilliance. Delicate aromas of nut with a touch of caramel and chocolate. It is smooth but becoming increasingly spicy with breathing. The palate offers some aspects of lemon oil and great minerality. Perfect balance between freshness and maturity. From an exceptional vintage. This champagne has a good potential for ageing. Occasion: big event, dinner business / high class Champagne.

Chablis Les Champréaux combinesmineral nose and spices. Liquorice and star anise predominate on the nose and induce a pleasant feeling. Round and greedy in the mouth, rich fruit aroma is enhanced by vanilla tones. A charming wine! Occasion: perfect pairing with oysters.

This Pouilly Fuissé has a beautiful nose of vanilla coming from the oak. On the palate you will find soft grilled almond flavours combined with the freshness of white flowers. Carefully produced Sauvignon blanc from Sancerre offers a wide palette of intensive aromas (pear, green apple and blackcurrant). It is showing citrusy freshness and notes of gooseberry and lime. A delightful wine. Occasion: gastronomic pleasure.

Terret is a local variety, which grows mainly along the Etang de Thau, Languedoc- Roussillon. This wine offers a fresh nose on floral and citrus fruits aromas. Lively attack on the palate, delicately flavoured followed by a good length in the mouth! Occasion: drink on terrace with seafood.

White, demi sweet. Winery: Henri de Richeme, Languedoc-Roussillon, France. Variety: 100% Terret. Residual sugar: 27g/l. Total acidity: 3,68 g/l. Alcohol content:11 %. A brilliant yellow dress covers this lovely demi sweet wine from Languedoc. The nose reveals notes of citrus jam and the taste is delicately sweet, round and aromatic. Occasion: sweetness for ladies.

Red

Red, dry. Winery: VINÍCOLA DE SARRAL, Conca de Barberà, Spain. Grape Variety: 100 % Merlot. Residual sugar: 2,3 g/l. Total acidity: 5,4 g/l. Alcohol content: 13 %. Ageing: 4 months barrel-ageing. Varietal wine of great elegance. After the fermentation and a long maceration under a controlled temperature, to extract the maximum phenol and aromatic potential, it evolutions into new oak barrels for four months. The last step takes place inside the bottle. There the wine will maturate. Cherry red wine with violet tones. Complex aromas dominated by the dark red plum, with fine smoked notes and spices. On the palate it is well-balanced and fleshy, slightly tannic and with a wide finish. Occasion: meeting with old friends.

Red, dry. Winery: VINÍCOLA DE SARRAL, Conca de Barberà, Spain. Grape Variety: 70% Tempranillo, 15% Merlo, 15% Cabernet Sauvignon. Residual sugar: 2 g/l. Total acidity: 5,1 g/l. Alcohol content: 12,5 %. Ageing: 33% in oak barrels, 67% in stainless steel vats. Then one part of the wine will goes under ageing by putting it into American oak barrels. The rest will be kept in storage vats for a minimal period of 12 months. After a year of its harvest, both wines will be mixed and bottled. The result is a wine with a brick red on a ruby background color. It has an intense forest fruits aroma with toast notes. Occasion: relax in a good company.

Limited edition. Superior red, dry. Winery: VINÍCOLA DE SARRAL, Spain. Grape Variety: 50% Merlot, 40% Cabernet Sauvi- gnon, 10% Tempranillo. Residual sugar: 2,3 g/l. Total acidity: 5,2 g/l. Alcohol content: 13,5 %. Ageing: 20 months in oak bar- rels. This superior wine is one of the most important wines of the cellar. Only the best yields of Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon will become this great wine. After the necessary time of maceration, to extract all its potential, the next step is a wise and long oak barrel ageing. Finishing in the bottle. Dark red currant with brick shades color. On the first impression of the smell it appears ripe red fruits involved with balsamic notes and a spicy background. It is a soft and silky wine where the sweet and wide tannins allow one excellent evolution. Long finish with reminiscences of toasts and tobacco. Occasion: romantic candlelight dinner.

Red, dry. Winery: Château de Montébériot, Cotes de Bourg AOC, France. Grape Variety: Merlot 90%, Cabernet Sauvignon 10%. Residual sugar: 0 g/l. Total acidity: 1,98 g/l. Alcohol content: 13,5%. Different vintage, different wine, but the great experience does not change. This wine is deep on the nose and in the mouth with aromas recalling woodland undergrowth with deeply mellow tannins. A bulky and rich wine that has won many awards. Occasion: for wine lovers.

Manufactury: Germany. Chardonnay, in general produces wines, which are dry to medium dry with pear, apple, tropical or citrus fruit flavors. When little to no oak aging occurs, Chardonnay tends to be more crisp and fresh. With extensive oak aging, they become creamy and buttery with vanilla, spice and oak flavors.

Manufactury: Germany. A clear, fruity wine that is typical of this German grape. It is clean on the palate and has a long finish. The nose is reminiscent of green apples, citrus and green berries.
